At the time this video was produced, the Comms team at Natera was aiming to connect it’s employees across the country and aimed to do so by highlighting the people, at all levels, that made up the company. Plus, they wanted to put their social causes on a pedestal to attract some new employees.

This production brought together these ideas and matched the energy and feeling Natera was aiming for with its bright, simplistic animation style.
