When working with municipalities there’s a balance to be found between heart, messaging, and approvals from everyone!

The Town of Parker had been a Client of Lightsail for almost a decade at this point (still is) and they wanted a video to welcome any new neighbors in. This message is important because the video had to nail the vibe and also generate excitement for where these new citizens picked for a home because the Town wants active citizens.

This project was a blending of many things; newly captured footage by Lightsail, existing archival footage, animations and effects. To this day, the video is proudly on display at Town Hall, distributed on its channels, and the Mayor and Town Council are very big fans of how this video turned out!
