For 10 years, Tom ran Lightsail as a one man show and kept growing this company year over year. He cares deeply about your success and if you follow him on LinkedIn you’ll see all he represents, which means all that Lightsail represents. Commonly called “disarming” during interviews, Tom aims to present your video with true human connection and saying exactly the right words at the right time. He also is has a personality that gave him titles of Team Captain, Coach, and Director, and you will feel listened to, appreciated, and guided with a steady hand no matter what the video work is.

All around good guy Jordan brings a technical expertise to the team and a very similar internal drive for excellence as Tom. Incredibly empathetic and with a keen eye for true human moments and honesty, Jordan will keep the mood friendly while capturing the right moment in a shot, asking the right question at the right time, and pouring long hours over making sure his edits are just right.
